Launch Day! The Book Property Management Basics for the Part-Time Landlord is Available Now!

This day has finally come.  Launch day, I want to thank you all for your well wishes and support in getting the word out about my book and books.  As I stated, I am having an ebook launch 72-hour promotion where my book will be on sale for $.99.  After the promotion, my book will return to the regular price.  Paperbacks are available for $6.25.
